ALL CONFIRMATION CLASSES finished their classes for the year last Wednesday night, so there will be no classes this Wednesday per the calendar.
WEDDING Congratulations and God's richest blessings to Matt & Jennifer (Waderich) Blum who were united in marriage last Saturday, April 26, 2008 at Our Savior. What God has joined together, let no one put asunder.
BAPTISM Last Saturday night, through the Sacrament of Holy Baptism, we welcomed into
God's family, Dublin Elizabeth, daughter of Thomas & Sarah (Wood) Westrom. Dublin was born on June 10, 2006. Her sponsors were Linda Hoffmeier and Kathryn Westrom. Please remember Dublin and her family in your prayers.
FUNERAL Matt Pittman entered his eternal rest on April 21, 2008. Services were held on Tuesday, April 29, 2008 at Our Savior. May the God of all consolation comfort his family and all who mourn with the sure and certain hope of the resurrection and a happy reunion in heaven.

GREETING CARDS FOR SALE Women’s Guild has all occasion cards for sale (50¢each or $5-6/box). Get your graduation, confirmation, special teen/men birthday, anyone birthday, get well, anniversary, baby, wedding or encouragement cards! BUILDING HEALTHY FAMILIES: Jesus’ words, “I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly” serves as a reminder of Lutheran Family Service’s adoption ministry. The goal is that everyone involved in the process—newborn child, birth family and adoptive family experience the abundant life our Lord promises. You may put your ETS checks in the locked wooden box in the office (no envelope required) or include in your regular giving envelopes – be sure to mark ETS if you want to go to the new additions as Building Fund is a separate account. Our first year will be coming to a close on May 31, 2008. Are you current with your commitment? If you did not turn in a commitment card in the last year, you can make contributions at any time, just be sure to mark “ETS” on your check memo so it goes into the right account. THANKS!
